Excellent food and service. Very friendly vibe. Joe was my waitress and she was very attentive.

The food was so good, we went twice while visiting Luquillo. Both dinners are pictured here. The first night we got squash soup -- creamy, smooth, delicious! Don't sleep on it. Corned beef pastelillos -- flakey, fried crust, flavorful filling. Fish jibaro: smashed, fried plantain filled with a big portion of grouper, cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes, avocado & caramelized onions. The next time we came back & brought a friend. We shared the bolitas de queso, a fried cheese croquettes -- crispy outside, creamy cheese filling, came with guava dipping sauce. Red snapper was sautéed in white wine and baked to tender, flakey perfection, covered in caramelized onions, side of rice and beans. Trifongo de pernil with local pork. Taco bori with chicken. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. It fed us the next day as well. Great selection of local beers, served ice cold in a chilled glass. The service was super friendly, helpful with recommendations and descriptions. We were too full for dessert but they gave us tres leches on the house to go -- which was decadent, moist, incredible!

The food was incredible and the service is the best on the island. We are staying in Puerto Rico for a week and we received so many recommendations and we appreciate all the help Thank you Jenny!

Has been my favorite restaurant so far in Luquillo. The atmosphere is super cute. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and gave us dessert on the house! It can get busy here but the wait isn't long. We had the tres-fongo. That was my favorite

This has been a favorite of ours to visit every time we're in Luquillo. Parking can be challenging and if you don't mind walking a block or two it's worth the time. You will soon learn that Puerto Ricans are the most friendliest and happiest people around. We will celebrate anything. And even though I'm deaf, I was raised in this culture where music has always been the center of our culture. Today I ordered the coconut mojito. Appetizer was the cheese balls with guava sauce. Holy smokes! This will change your life. The guava sauce is homemade. The Pulpo was cooked and prepared perfectly! And life without rice and beans on the island is like walking around without clothes. It's a must here. And when it's with sofrito there is nothing better! Come and see and experience for yourself.

We stumbled upon this restaurant after the restaurant we chose was closed. It was a great experience with excellent food. This is definitely a secret gem and if you're ever in the area stop in.

Shoutout to our guy, Christopher for taking the time to share his favorite spots and airdropping his well complied list of all the places in Puerto Rico he recommends! Already thinking of our next Puerto Rico trip. My friend got the plantain sandwich with mero. (Mero is a type of fish. Like salmon, more flaky and salty). The sandwich was good with the cilantro hot sauce but he said it needed some more freshness to it. My mans got chicken tacos and I got shrimp tacos. All our meals were served with a place of Puerto Rican style rice and we both got 2 tacos each. I thought the portion was just the right amount of food. (We had appetizers at another spot before this) my one suggestion is also adding more of the shredded lettuce because I felt like it was also lacking in freshness.
